Professional pathway beyond ITT:

We want to retain you in the teaching profession, as well as train you to teach in our schools, and we recognise that the first few years are the most challenging. We therefore invite our Newly Qualified Teachers to our NQT training programme free of charge; and then again to our Recently Qualified Teacher Programme in your subsequent year of teaching. This is a valuable network of support and inspiration, boosting both job satisfaction and early promotion prospects.
